Avanti Guitar Trio Concert at Savanna Museum & Cultural Center

The Savanna Museum & Cultural Center closes its 2025 Live Music Series with two final performances, including a special evening featuring the acclaimed Avanti Guitar Trio.

Known for their artistry and versatility, guitarists Amy Brucksch, Julie Goldberg, and Christopher Teves will delight audiences with a diverse program of classical transcriptions and innovative arrangements spanning Rock, Pop, and Jazz. Familiar favorites such as Shenandoah, Blackbird, and Here Comes the Sun will be woven into a moving and unforgettable performance.

Each musician brings national and international recognition, with Julie Goldberg notably becoming the first guitarist to earn a Doctorate in Guitar Performance from Northwestern University.

As always, the concert will take place in a warm, cabaret-style setting at the museum, with refreshments provided by the Events Committee. A suggested $10 donation will help the Savanna Historical Society continue bringing high-quality cultural programming to the community.

A grant from the Illinois Arts Council partially funds this performance.
