Art Institute of Chicago

The Art Institute of Chicago is home to the greatest collection of Impressionist paintings outside of Paris, including works by Monet, Renoir, Seurat, and Van Gogh. Hours: The museum is open Monday 11:00–5:00; closed on Tuesday; open Wednesday 11:00-5:00; Thursday 11:00–8:00; and Friday through Sunday 11:00-5:00.
