Galleries
Outdoor gallery of large steel sculptures by award-winning local artist John Martinson including an on-site metal studio.
More than a dozen large, welded steel sculptures are scattered throughout two acres in a beautiful, natural setting. Sculptures include two 40-foot towers, contemplative artworks, a giant tinker toy, unique signs, and humorous assemblages. Maps are available to take a self-guided tour along the wooded paths. Pieces are identified by title and year plaques at the sculpture sites. All art is the work of award-winning local artist John Martinson.
The park is open dawn to dusk year round. There is also an onsite studio where John is often working. Many smaller works are for sale. A picnic table is located near the donation and map boxes. So come and listen to the birds, watch for jack-in-the-pulpits, stay on the paths, or don’t! Enjoy your time exploring the interplay of art and nature.
