This classic tea includes finger sandwiches, scones and delicate pastries stacked atop elegant plates and served with freshly brewed tea from antique silver tea pots.
Enjoy MainStreet Libertyville’s annual Victorian Tea at the United Methodist Church of Libertyville. Seating begins at 10:45 a.m., and the event starts promptly at 11 a.m.
Guests will experience a traditional three-course English tea service catered by High Tea with Gerri, featuring finger sandwiches, scones and delicate pastries served on elegant china with freshly brewed tea from antique silver pots. The event includes a brief presentation on high tea traditions and live classical music.
Tables seat six guests, and children must be accompanied by an adult. To be seated with other reserved guests, email promotions@mainstreetlibertyville.org. Ample parking is available in the nearby Church Street parking garage. Tickets are $55 per person and can be purchased online or by phone.
