With over 10 performances each year, the NIU School of Theatre & Dance offers a wide variety of programs for you to enjoy.
The School of Theatre & Dance is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre and the National Association of Schools of Dance. They perform at various times and locations throughout the academic year. Every academic year, they stage a full season of seven Mainstage Series and six Studio Series productions on three stages, providing public performance opportunities every year of a student’s academic career. Our programming reflects eclectic choices, which are designed to challenge both our students and our audiences.
