Lippold Park has become the home to a multitude of park district programs, activities and events on a daily basis.
It is a 310 acre mixed use park featuring hiking trails, an 18-hole disc golf course, eight baseball fields, four softball fields with entire infields of synthetic turf, nine irrigated soccer fields, three football fields, Hound Town Dog Park, sand volleyball courts, batting cages, skate park, concession stands, 5+ miles of biking/walking trails including the Walt Herrick Sr. Trail, the Lippold Park Family Golf for mini-golf and sixty acres of ponds and wetlands.
